I have an implied rejection from Carnegie Mellon.

Sigh.

What the hell makes me think they're going to fit MA applicants in when they offer rejected PhD students a spot in the MA program? They're not going to have any room for ME. There's only going to be a few spots left, so they'd obviously go with the more established, more experienced, more mentally and academically equipped PhD applicant rather than ME.

This fucking sucks. Happy Valentines Day to me. An implied rejection is just what I needed on this day.
