Writing resumes are hard, especially when you don't have any job experience in that field you're applying for.

Taking the initiative to set up appointments or attending Job Fairs/workshops are hard. (not really)
Stepping out of your comfort zone, gathering the courage to boldly tell someone why you think you'd be a good candidate for the position (even though you have zero confidence in yourself because you know deep down your past history of screwing things up) is hard.
