Third Meal

Farfalle (bowtie) pasta with tomato sauce and mushrooms, vegan meatballs, and garlic sauteed Brussels sprouts

Our pastas are usually out of the box, so we just follow those instructions, boiling water, then adding pasta, then adding a tablespoon of salt with flavoring, then stirring until soft. I also like to simmer the pasta sauces on a saucepan under medium-high heat (I hate using the microwave). Hanna added some mushrooms in the pasta sauce, which was a really great touch. I love mushrooms! We also cooked the vegan meatballs over the stove as well, and sauteed (boy we really like satuee-ing) butter-garlic Brussels sprouts. I think the Brussels sprouts were my favorite part of the meal.
