Get two filets of frozen tilapia, let it thaw. After thawing, season the tilapia with some garlic pepper, salt, and olive oil. Grill on large saucepan over medium-high heat. Do the same with the asparagus; mince garlic and spread butter over another saucepan over high heat. Chop the ends of the asparagus or whichever size you prefer (I usually chop the ends because the threads at the end get kind of intense for me, and I'm all out of floss). Grill asparagus pieces until medium brown. And for the brown rice, we made it out of the box, so it was pretty self-explanatory...we just followed box instructions. Super delicious! Didn't take more than 20 minutes to prepare!
