You'd be surprised what a great pairing kale and eggs actually make.
At least, I was surprised this morning when I decided on a whim to try something different with breakfast.

I fried egg whites and instead of just placing them on my usual everything bagels, I decided to top it off with some fresh, raw kale. The crunch just made it so much better, because I usually like foods based on texture. Plain eggs with everything bagels get too soft for me sometimes.

Also, it's a great way to get some nutrients in first thing in the morning!
