Drafts are due today. You can make 10 guesses that I haven't even written mine yet. Oh, and I have to write 4 cover letters by June 7-8 and you can make 3 guesses there that I haven't written those yet either, nor made an appointment with the career center to help me write one.

I am winning at lifeeeeee. If my responsibilities as a college student can't be this difficult, how the hell am I going to prepare for the real world? How can I ever be ready to be an actual "adult"?

I wouldn't.

People need to realize just because you're 18 years old or over 18 doesn't necessarily mean you're an adult. It's not like you're going to completely grow up and be responsible the second you turn 18. For me personally, it took about 3 more years after that to somewhat have my shit together, only I still don't have my shit together, and here I am at 23 years old.

I am going to experience quite the rude awakening in the near future.
