Tuesday night dinner


I made veggie tacos along with some of my famous guacamole. I used some of the soy ground beef that was left over from the pasta Monday night, sauteed with some oregano and garlic, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion and made veggie tacos! Super yummy and it gave me the same type of "full" feeling without the gross after feeling of eating real beef fried shit loaded with salt and other crap. Switching to vegan beef from real beef really makes a difference in your diet!
