I always make the mistake of relying on other things to make me happy whenever I'm having a bad day. Don't I know the universal rule? Once you're having a bad day, there's no turning back the rest of the day. And you're not even guaranteed a bounce-back happiness mood either. You're doomed for the rest of the day until you go to sleep.
Maybe sleep is the only way to make me feel better all the time. I can't relax when I'm conscious.
